Imagine spending one glorious hour in the company of two huge talents, the head pastry chef and the master chocolatier at one of the most famous macaroon and chocolate shops in Paris. You will be watching and listening to the experts describing and showing their meringue making techniques and you’ll learn how the chocolate is crafted into works of art. A tasting of both the macaroons and the chocolates is offered during the visit.
